Retirement Savings
SBG provides retirement savings through a 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan managed by the Principal Financial Group. SBG will match 100% of the first 3% of the annual salary the employee contributes to the plan through salary deferral plus 50% of the next 2% of the deferral. The employee is always 100% vested in the employee contributions as well as in the employer matching contributions. Employees contribute up to $17,000 (current IRS limit) to their plan before taxes. Participants can choose from a variety of investment options including stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
